What to Expect
We want to give you the peace of mind that your wedding day is handled by professionals who’ve done it before.
Your first consultation with us:
1. Package Details
We’ll help you understand and choose the right package for your special day - or tailor the right one to your needs.
Every package includes different photographers and videographers, prewedding services, framed photos, albums, and might have different specialty services!
3. Specialty Services
We offer a variety of special services that might be included in your package. We’ll walk you through your options like same-day edits, drone, livestreaming, and our 360° videobooth!
4. Social Media
We can create same-day posts on your wedding day, and we post all our work on social media channels! Just let us know your handle so we can tag you, or let us know if you want to keep things private.
2. Event Details
We’ll collect the information of your special day when you’ve got everything organised. You’ll just need to notify us if anything changes!
Prewedding Shoot
If you’ve booked a prewedding shoot, you’ll need to choose a location and date for us to take a prewedding photoshoot!
We can also shoot prewedding videos, which can be incorporated perfectly into your Same Day Edit, if you book one!
Prewedding Canvas
If you have a prewedding canvas, we’ll make sure that you can have it at the reception on your wedding day! You can choose to collect it before, or have us bring it to you on your big day.
Don’t forget to give us a full schedule leading up to your wedding date!
Groom’s Side
We’ll attend the groom’s house, capturing your getting ready shots and the moments shared with your groomsmen and family. We focus on the small details — the suit, cufflinks, tie adjustments, and final preparations, as well as the laughter, excitement, and anticipation leading up to the ceremony.
These moments often bring out genuine emotions and interactions, and we document them naturally as they unfold. From the finishing touches to the final moments before leaving for the ceremony, we ensure the start of your wedding day is captured in an authentic and meaningful way.
If you have 4 crew members, we’ll split up and do both sides at the same time!
Bride’s Side
The morning of the wedding is always filled with excitement, emotion, and beautiful little moments. When we arrive with the bride and her bridal party, we capture the natural story of the morning as it unfolds — from the finishing touches of hair and makeup to the laughter shared with bridesmaids and family.
We focus on genuine, candid moments: the dress being buttoned, jewellery going on, quiet reflections, and those joyful reactions when everything finally comes together. It’s all about documenting the atmosphere and emotion that make the start of the wedding day so special.
Ceremony
We’ll be there to capture your wedding ceremony as it naturally unfolds, documenting every meaningful moment from start to finish.
From the guests arriving and the anticipation before the aisle walk, to the exchange of vows, rings, and your first kiss as a married couple, we focus on preserving the genuine emotions and atmosphere of the moment.
We capture both the big highlights and the subtle reactions from family and friends, ensuring every important detail is beautifully documented as you officially begin your new chapter together!
Photoshoot
After the ceremony, we’ll take you to your chosen wedding location for a dedicated photoshoot, capturing stunning portraits of you both as newlyweds.
This is one of the most exciting parts of the day — a chance for you to step away from the crowd for a little while, take it all in, and enjoy your first moments together as a married couple. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and great lighting, we create a relaxed and fun atmosphere so you can simply enjoy the moment while we capture it naturally.
We’ll guide you throughout the shoot to make sure everything feels comfortable and effortless, focusing on genuine laughter, romantic moments, and the excitement of the day.
Reception
We’ll capture the key moments of your wedding reception as the celebrations unfold — from your grand entrance and speeches to the cake cutting and first dance. Alongside these highlights, we also document the laughter, reactions, and lively atmosphere, preserving the joy and excitement of the evening!

How do I receive everything?
After your big day, we’ll be hard at work editing your photos and videos at our studio! We’ll let you know when you can stop by to pick them up via text. You can expect to collect your products around this time frame:
